Prices can be confidential information in some companies. You may not want to share prices with departments that do not need them.
For example, you may want your shipping department to be able to view orders so they know what to ship, without revealing the prices you charge your customers.
In TeamGram, you can decide which department’s users can view prices in each type of record.
To hide prices from records that contain pricing information, follow these steps:
- Go to Control Panel
- Click on Department access rights
- On the left column, select a department
- On the right column, check the “Hide prices” box for records that you want to be displayed without pricing information. Note that the Hide switch will make the whole tab invisible, not just the prices.
